anyways that's how SQQ found out that his sword would very much throw tantrums over appearances and refuse to cooperate if it found its appearance fell below its standards

In the prologue, she ventured further into the mansion because she was looking for the owner and wanted to make sure everything was fine with the delivery. She gets to the room where the Crown members are and sees the body drop in front of her. Immune to Will's power, she reads his lips and just NOPES out of the room.

Of course they would guess what's going on, but I just think it would be funny as shit. Everyone expecting her to be subject to Will's ability, just for her to bolt out of the room. They would chase after her, but only after a collective "huh?" moment.
