Easy Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies - Delicious & Simple

One of my favourite cookies has to be these peanut butter cookies. I like nuts but don’t normally eat peanut butter but when it comes to these beauties I can’t get enough. They are one of my favourite cookies to make and the easiest by far. To top it all off you don’t need that many ingredients, the grand total of 4 and they don’t take long to make.

I remember the first time my mum gave me some when I was younger, thanks to her I’ve been hooked ever since!

What’s great as well is you only actually need four ingredients for these cookies, you don’t need to faff about with 12 different ingredients and have random bowls all over the place and forks for no use. The dishes to wash will be less and you’re going to find this recipe a breeze.

Now you don’t have to add the sugar but it’s up to you, I prefer to if I remember. A handy tip, if you want the cookies to be roughly the same shape use an ice cream scoop. I use one every time and they are perfect to get the right ratio!
