think there's a typo in ch1 on AO3:

"Are you shopping for something specific?" Soos asked with his best customer service voice. "Post cards? Snow globes? Weird taxidermy thingamajigs? Pants?"

"Oh, Mr. Pines! The original Mr. Mystery! Heh—he actually retired a few months ago. The Mystery Shack's under new management!" Soos planted his fists on his hips and puffed up his chest. "It's me, I'm the new management."

Think there should be another line between these?

generally people want male/male cords either because:

it takes a lot of effort to hang lights on the outside of the house — especially with one of the most common areas to hang lights from being "all along the gutters", which is both somewhat-dangerous and time-intensive (you need to move that ladder along a lot. people have a tendency to see the physical component of this work as the main — and only — thing to think about tackling. This leads to people occasionally performing hours of work to hang lights, only to realize that the end next to the plug is the female end. they then have the options of (a) relaying the entire thing the other way round, (b) running an ugly cord up to the other end, or (c) looking for a male/male cord (since most people think this would logically work just as well)

I've been reading STBU since it started and I still notice new things on every re-read! This time it was the fact that some characters speak in all-lowercase; went ahead and added that to the TVTropes page :-)

Is this meant to map to how their voices would sound? Or does it just fit with the characters?
