WTI (waverly technical institute) is a lot in the downtown subhood where any (age group!) sims can go and build up their mechanical/tinkering/badges! so its not just locked for YA. C - E can absolutely visit the lot but there wont be much for kids to do besides read lmao.

i pretend its like a lil mini waverly community college outpost like we have where i live irl! we have one big ass mf college campus in one town and then around that campus are several, smaller, campus-outposts folks can visit!

Thank you so much! I hired a maid and when I saw it was Remington (since Kaylynn is now playable) my final 3 braincells started firing up and now I can see it. I've pictured their whole lives so if they have zero chemistry I'll be quite mad 😂
