Doing her daily morning shift, Sky was making sure everything was ready together with a colleague, who got all the baked goods ready, while the redhead got all the machines and the coffee ready for when they opened. It had been a stormy morning, rain, thunder and a harsh wind, only the wind was slowly loosening its grip on the morning, while thunder rumble and rain continued on outside.

Once they were done getting everything ready, Skylar went ahead and opened up for the store, so that people could get inside when they came. It was still early, so she wasn’t expecting to see customers for another 30 minutes. At least typically.

It was a few days later after her arrival, Skylar was walking around town, trying to pinpoint most of the shops, streets, and alleyways. Mostly so that she knew where to go for shopping, as well as what was the best shortcuts.

As she was rounding a corner, the redhead found herself looking upon a fight in the making between, what she assumed to be two rival kid groups. She only knew that the one with the beanie was named Seifer, since a store clerk had told her the other day. And from what she could hear, the two leaders were badmouthing each other. 

“H-Hey... It’s not good to be fighting each other.. Shouldn’t you kids be enjoying the summer rather than beefing over who’s the coolest?” Sky tried to intervene, thus making herself known to them, their eyes turning to her, which made the redhead gulp.

A Qunari & A Redhead

Having arrived back in the Emerald Graves after a long journey from the Hinterlands, the redhead was traveling north, since she wanted to visit the elves, whom occupied the ruins, again.

However, as her journey progressed, the sound of fighting and the roar of a bear near her, became louder and louder. Scouting for the source, Skylar happened upon one of the ox-men, a Qunari, fighting a large bear. And he was alone about it. Taking a moment, considering, the redhead sighed and ran up on a massive boulder, arrow on her bow as she fired it right in the bear’s snout. “I might regret this..” she muttered to herself, readying another arrow, and fired it at the bear.

Getting off the train, the redhead had finally arrived at the Twilight Town train station. She was clad in a dark grey tanktop, ripped black jeans, an open cardigan hoodie, a pair of converse shoes, while carrying a duffel bag and a smaller satchel.  

Letting out a soft sigh, she got out of the building, her silvery eyes wandering the place. “Well.. Now I just have to find the hotel..“ she muttered to herself. She was going to spend the summer there, mostly to see another city, but also because there was a possibility that she’d be moving there soon enough. So staying there for a summer was a good way to get to know the place.

Walking down the long steep road which led from the train station into town, Skylar was already making note of all the buildings, side roads and alleyways, as she made her way.

Looking up from what she was doing, the redhead fluttered her ears gently at first, then they lowered in shame. She’d gotten a black eye, and it didn’t look good. “….. It.. It doesn’t matter…” Sky swallowed gently, she didn’t want to talk about it. It wasn’t that she’d done anything to deserve it, no. Rather, it was a Roekaar who’d hit her on Aya, while she’d just been minding her own business to buy some things, and she felt ashamed about it for some reason.

It had been nearly two months since she’d first run into the twins, Soren and Rowan, purely by accident, an encounter which had nearly cost one of them their life. After apologizing profusely, trying to convince them that she hadn’t meant to fire and arrow at them, as she’d been out hunting for game, they’d finally come a compromise. That she’d make it up to them one day. When? She didn’t know.

Now here she was, right in their path once more, Sky’s eyes widened as she saw them. Gently waving them down to get their attention. Taking down her hood, she offered a sheepish smirk. “Hey again, it’s been awhile” the redhead said, her silvery eyes shimmering softly in the rays of the high-noon sun.

As the fight against the water elemental progressed, Skylar felt a harsh pain in her back as the creature slashed her. Damn it! Swinging her leg around to hit the elemental, which sent it flying from the unexpected kick. The Mython panted as blood was running down her back, dripping onto the ground and into the soil beneath her. Forming a small pool at her feet. Looking momentarily at Thrall, she offered a small smirk, before collapsing to the ground.
