Have you almost reached your goal weight but just can't seem to get those stubborn last five pounds off? Achieving a small weight loss goal is done just like achieving a large goal - in small steps. Get serious about what you eat and work to break through plateaus.
First off, be realistic with yourself though. Almost everyone feels like they have a few pounds they need to lose. Do you really need to lose those last few pounds? Or are you just obsessing over a number on the scale?
Set realistic, manageable goals for yourself. For example, "I have 2 pounds to lose this month."
Losing those last few pounds has everything to do with your nutrition. Eat clean and track your calories. Even if you eat healthy, the scale won't budge if you're consuming more calories than needed.
Our bodies are experts at adapting. If you've been doing the same workout for a while and are stuck at the same weight, try something new. Trying a new program will confuse your body and make it work harder.
