Oh! Troll!Transformers would be very... G1, I think, with IDW-esque backstory for the characters. A lot of clear cut black and white Decepticons bad Autobots good. I mean, Megatron as a labor class mech who rose up and caused a million years long war? Hoooo boy does that scream anti-lowblood propaganda to me, y’know? That isn’t to say the wiggers (and let’s face it, adults) watching the show wouldn’t still see more nuance, or that the writers wouldn’t risk being accused of sedition to write more subtlety into it.
