keep in mind that when the campaign started, liliana was presumed dead! or apparently, according to old fandom theories, she had been kidnapped by the government and was being experimented on because of her psychic powers. we only found out she was alive 40 episodes in! there's no way in hell they'd spoil her existence that early on, at least not as a visual cameo. maybe ludinus can be talking to a lady with a southern accent we never see?
