Any advice for a good way to write sex between two characters when one is demisexual (or ace) and prefers to give more than receive? (But will be okay with receiving under certain circumstances if their s/o is into that). I headcanon a character as ace and have trouble finding ways to write intimacy that doesnt make them sound more sexual than I'm wanting to show.

well, if you want to make sure that you don’t show them as being more sexual than they are, you can make sure that they a) have clear boundaries, and b) communicate those boundaries.

you can ask to touch my junk, but I might / will probably say no

no thanks, I’m good (when partner offers to reciprocate)

you can go down on me / use your hands on me / fuck me, but I won’t come, and I probably won’t, like, lose my mind with lust (this one is easier to show than tell, tbh)

just make sure they use their words, if they can!
