the likely reason that these things come up is because everyone can CLEARLY tell that the two would be amazing together. like “you’re practically married/dating anyway” and they both AGREE ON IT?? like are you kidding me brothers?? stop and fall in love already

and i’m such a sucker for those quite moments. at any time though. when the other is looking at their pretend partner. and it’s in a moment of oblivion, but they see through the cracks. and the light that catches their eyes shines a bit brighter, their smile seems a bit more vibrant. they’re seeing things that they always knew were there but it’s different? and they don’t want to look away.
