i hesitate referring to #WTFUChallenge purely as meditation, because it’s not.
it’s not traditional stillness meditation, anyways…

it’s more like: 😤⚡️🤺⚠️🖕‼️🌀
but meditation can simply be the act of giving your attention; or serious thought or study
so even though these 7 practices within my upcoming WAKE THE FUCK UP Challenge might be more sensory, somatic, energetic than still… they still are a meditation so long as you practice them with attention
