I've heard about Arielle quite a bit in the past few months, so I'm happy to have come across this article that covers the piece of fashion history that is the Something Navy collection, and the commentary it provides for the current industry.

Her story is quite an interesting one. Her blog started with her getting gutsied up and posting her outfit on IG after a breakup/being stood up. Trying to 1-Up someone who left you behind is a very raw emotion that I'm not surprised people latched onto; and for the record, I don't think that's a bad thing either.
