Reeeeeally off day today. I discovered, after running only 15 minutes, that my legs were apparently filled with lead and couldn't keep going. Disappointing, especially since today was the first day of swim lessons and I knew I could only stay for the first 15ish minutes of TRX. So I talked to @dustintrainor and discovered that I got my heartrate up too high on the elliptical (even though I only ran for 15 minutes), considering what we did in Krankcycle Fusion yesterday. My body needed at least 24 hours to recover from what we did in Krankcycle. 🤔 Ok so lesson learned.
