Amy asks Shadow why they never kiss when they do it and he tells her that since she was new to all this he wanted to make sure he saw her reaction to everything , and heard every sound she made and he's kind of flustering Amy at that point .

Shadow tries to stop things between them and Amy asks why. He tells her he likes someone.

Amy: You like someone else? Well, who is she?

Shadow doesn't respond because Amy's raising her voice now.

Amy: Tell me so I can rip her face off!

Silver being hella flustered when Amy decided to dress as Rouge for Halloween.

Shadow noticing those are definitely Rouge's clothes and asking Amy why she's dressed like Rouge at a costume party and she's like Because that's the costume silly! And Shadow just stares. Arguably, no one can look better than Rouge in her own clothes, but seeing Amy Rose of all people wear them is quite jarring so he glares at Sonic - who is the one to point out the staring problem Shadow's having.
