Sorry this took a while to get to
2♥️ - What’s your muse’s family like?
Frisk’s mother, Luna Garcia works as a Secretary of State. Luna helped Frisk become an ambassador even though Frisk was still a minor. She was at first very strict and would often argue with Frisk over what the girl would end up doing in the future. This was how Frisk ended up falling. It was shortly after an argument, she went out for some air with a walk in the woods.
Luna was a little smug when Frisk announced she wanted to be an ambassador upon returning.
Luna did not get along with Flowey at first. She was iffy about monsters in general at first but was going to try and get along, that was until he bit her when she tried to water him. Since then it became a long journey for her to get used to monsters.
Eventually Luna began to warm up to the plant again after he gained a soul. Little by little she began to care about Flowey before she finally asked him how he felt about being officially adopted into the family. Flowey will actually call her “mom.”
Frisk’s father, Dante is a lot more laid back and easy going. This is one of the reasons the parents were struggling. Dante works as a Finishing Carpenter. Dante warmed up to monsters a lot quicker than his wife did and it’s clear Frisk gets a lot of her personality traits from her dad. After the adoption, Flowey starts to call him “dad.”
Frisk has an aunt named Maxine with two identical twin daughters named Sally and May. Flowey at first can’t stand them but after a while, and based on how they look up to him as they’re younger, he grows to adore them.
8♥️ - How well does your muse perform in social situations?
Depending on what type, Frisk’s reactions may vary. In ambassador meetings, while intimidated by the much older voices, she will go into full concentration mode so as not to appear worried. This is my reasoning for the poker-face all through the game. (well on top of squinting because she couldn’t see without her classes.) Frisk was in full concentration mode, Determined to get through everything and find the third option to Flowey’s “It’s kill or be killed.”
When just out in public and there are a lot of people around, Frisk is just fine and normal.
Flowey just straight doesn’t like large groups of humans or monsters, and he will make this known. If someone gets too close, he will glare or sometimes, even have his thorns pop out. Flowey does not do well in large groups of humans. It reminds him of his death. In these cases he tends to shrink back, doing his best to hide.
In ambassador meetings: at first Flowey would stay quiet and just watch. Little by little he started to help. This becomes one of the only social situations the flower ends up enjoying, feeling a sense of accomplishment after each day. Instead of channeling his energy into aggression he learns to channel it into productivity at work. This is something that ends up helping him a lot, in a sense almost like a type of therapy. It doesn’t fully fix everything, but it does help.
K♥️ - Who does your muse look up to as a role model?
Depending on when asked, Flowey will struggle to admit that he looks up to the skeleton brothers. He looks up to the two of them as older brothers. He absolutely won’t admit it, but he looks up to Frisk as an older sister. Later on he also looks up to Jamaar as an older brother. Sibling connections are the most important to the flower.
While not a sibling-type of connection, he eventually starts looking up to @refiinedrogue‘s Spy. For similar reasons he looks up to Luna and Dante; as parental figures.
Frisk tends to look up to her elders by default. I would list them all but it really is almost everyone who’s older than her. It’s all for different reasons, sometimes depending on how one would handle a certain situation or life lessons she’s learned from them.
To go a little more specifically, some would be Toriel for her caring nature, Papyrus for how optimistic he is, Sans for how he can always find humor in something and always has time for a good laugh with friends, Jamaar as an older brother, and Spy for similar reasons to Flowey.
Mettaton because he is her celebrity crush.
A♦️ - What is the most important message your muse has ever received?
When Frisk was younger, and some other children were rude in school, she’d asked her dad what to do. Her father told her that everyone has their own stories and that sometimes people act out because there is something they are unhappy about in their lives. When Frisk asked if there was a way to make them be nicer, Dante replied with “you can’t make someone do anything. The best you can do is treat others how you would like to be treated.”
In Flowey’s case, it was learning that everything doesn’t have to be “kill or be killed.”
