Elrond Headcanon

Sometimes I like to think that Maglor would have given Elrond and Elros music lessons at some point. I'm definitely not the first person to bring this up, or at least I hope not. I don't think that Elrond would play often, if at all, just because the memories may be painful for him. I also think that he does have a big passion for song, just because Rivendell seems to be a very musical place in the books. But maybe Elrond just can't bring himself to play any instrument or sing any song because the only songs he knows were the ones Maglor taught him. It gets a little angsty when little Elladan/Elrohir/Arwen asks him to sing or play something for them.

Loved your drawing of Harry Potter Inquisition AU ! Just wanna suggest Ginny as Leliana spymaster and Neville as Cassandra ! think neville while killing nagini and plust both are awkward :)

See I’m so in love with the idea of Seeker Ginny - she’d be so wonderful in the Cassandra spot. The potential regarding the Ron-Ginny sibling relationship in the Inquisition is worthwhile to me.

But can we switch them? Can we consider the possibility of Spymaster Neville? A Seventh Year type Neville who’s helping lead a rebellious organization that requires considerable stealth? A Neville who went through some past tragedies and joined the Chantry? A Neville who wars with the dark and light parts of himself and his faith?

(A haunted, battered Neville from a possible future that sacrifices himself so Harry can go back and fix things? Eh? Ehhh?)
