Kokonoi starts out with Inui, mostly. Threesomes more often than not but sometimes just together. There was a lot of speculation behind their relationship that they refused to address— but then when they stop working together shortly after Inui meets Draken, all three of them get a huge influx of attention.
Kokonoi has a reputation for doing anything for the right price and it's served him well. He's mastered the art of being overpriced while doing the least amount of work and nobody is really sure how.
