Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur AU

Now this AU is basically if Mel-Varr dad made him stay on Earth

See now in the comics Mel-Varr came to Earth to capture Luna and I believe to prove that he could be a captain and get revenge for disobeying the Kree empire, something along those lines. So it goes the way it goes in the comics except his dad basically sabotages his son

Instead of his dad coming to Earth to get him, Mel-Varr has to get the ship he used to get to Earth working again, so he gets help from Luna and just when they think he could finally go home, the ship shuts down

Honestly if I keep going, I'm going to get into a lot of detail and it's going to be a long post, but basically his dad is shutting down his ship from where he's at so Mel-Varr ends up giving up and he decides to try and get used to the Earth life

Even if it means having to sleep in the sewer with Devil Dinosaur because unfortunately none of his friends parents want/can't take him in

But amidst all of the ruckus, Mel-Varr manages to contact his dad and his dad tells him, since you want to be such a man you capture Luna and then you can come back to the Kree, and basically that has him so conflicted that he starts to distance himself from everybody

Cuz on one hand he wants to go back home, he's fine without the whole Captain Kree title, plus he still has a crush on Luna (and Eduardo) why would he do that to a girl he has a crush on, but on the other hand who knows what the Captain Kree title is going to get him, it's like this whole thing with him and so he's like unknowingly isolating himself because he just so conflicted

But yea that's it
