Went to a fantastic tapas  restaurant in Ronda (Spain)

fried aubergine with sugar cane syrup, very nice and crispy!

mussels in thai red curry sauce

mini slider burger with tiny fries and small ketchup bottle, hard to see in the pic but its a very small burger.

soft boiled egg with truffle foie and Iberian pork, specification of balsamic vinegar

I loved this one a lot, so much so that i recreated it, its smoked roasted duck, much like roast beef they are cold slices on foie grass and toast with a little fig jam on top.

this is a lot better than it looks!, caramelized foiegras with mango sorbet, i had like 3 of these! pic looks a little more yellow than it is in real life, sorry :/
