Omg im dead tired I was 50 min with a kid who was always on the verge of almost throwing up and also I gotta be super active with him cause he is hipoactive and always falls asleep

An autistic kid I have speech therapy with (called Jose Eduardo curiously ) got so mad at me cause I didn’t have a Furby to give him as a present (I always give him a small car so he doesn’t leave sad or angry ) and I was trying to reason with him, I was like “my brother in Christ when have I ever given you a Furby ?” , this is not a toy store, so I proceded to try to reason with him about how I don’t have a Furby hidden and only got $10 pesos car to give him for 10 minutes
