Guest Post: Culinary Boot Camp Preview
Have you ever wanted to learn how to plan meals for yourself?

If any of these questions intrigue you, please consider being a part of Culinary Boot Camp! Culinary Boot Camp is a two part event happening on campus February 27 and March 6. Part 1 will involve learning how to meal plan, shop on a budget, and create a positive relationship with the food. In Part 2, we will test the skills we learned in Part 1. We will create a budget friendly, nutritious meal and practice our Intuitive Eating skills to enjoy the meal. Iowa State Dining chefs, the Iowa State Dining dietitian, and Iowa State dietetic interns will be on hand to assist and take part in the fun. We would love to see you there and learn together! Register by February 24 to ensure your spot.
