With the increased popularity in posts about inking your base: don’t actually do that. Why? The time you take to ink your base could be used to ink other turf outside the base! Do your best to help your team advance into the middle and into enemy turf. Leaving some inkable spots can also help your team if they need some points to charge their specials too.

An easy way to get ability chunks is to scrub your splatfest shirt. It only costs 2000 coins, much less than what it is for everything else.

If you happen to have the first sploon game try and practice your bomb throwing with the basketball net in the training area. Being able to throw bombs quickly and accurately will really help you in salmon run!

After you’ve met your quota on Salmon run your job is to stay alive. Especially if your team gets splatted quite often. Its good to try and collect eggs to go over the quota, but focus on staying alive till the next round or until the end.
