The Digital Commonwealth, Massachusetts Collections Online from the Boston Public Library has a magnificent collection of digitized Tichnor Brothers postcards including many of states other than Massachusetts. The Boston based Tichnor Brothers must have had a contract to produce Northern Pacific Railroad postcards as the collection includes many of them, including this one.
At least in the case of Tichnor Brothers cards, the linen printed postcards are somewhat older than the 1950s dates I have been attributing. This is most likely based on a sketch or drawing, for one would never have this view from the actual railroad line.
