It's from Trendmasters from 2001, Jewellery Starcastle with "Natalie" Stardancer Doll

It's almost full set! It's only missing the hairbrush and I accidentally left the wand behind! (I hope it's still there tomorrow so I can go and grab it)

Stardancer is a soft spoken tower of a sparkle pony. She towers over her friends and sticks out like a sore thumb. She loves to dance but gets overwhelmed and self cautious easily which tends to trip her up. She might seem clumsy some times when she is feeling like too many ponies are watching her, but when she thinks she's alone she's graceful like a swan on water.
