7.5 inch Salt Rags deck, MOB Grip, Bones Wheels, Thunder Titanium Lights, Bones Swiss and Bones Soft Bushings. What’s the most fun skater-built spot you’ve skated?
Funnest spot that I have skated lately is a construction area in Oakland. There are sets of steel beams to ollie a big gap. Also, a sketchy quarter pipe thingy with a cement chunk at the top for coping. Fun to do blunts, disasters, etc. Unfortunately, when we went back, it was gone. Who do you like to skate with?
I like skating with Jesse Boudreau. He is on flow for Foundation and is just so sick. Street and tranny. He should be pro. I also like skating with JT Miller. He is a 14-year-old ripper and we are best friends. I have my crew at Town Park, Malaki, Vin and Rainey. We skate the park and street skate together. Of course, I love skating with my Dad! Best skate graphic?
I like the white Orbit Skate graphic, and I’ve had a sneak peak at some new Salt Rag graphics that look sick. I like anything with skulls and stuff. Favorite skateboarders of all time?

Before he passed away J-boy invited us to the Z-Boys Reunion at Chicken’s pool and the boys all signed some prints that Jimmy Plummer printed. Who contributes the most to your local skate scene?
Jesse Martinez contributes the most to the local skate scene. Jesse works hard to keep the Venice skatepark looking great every day. What is your proudest moment in skateboarding so far?

Burnside in Portland, Oregon. I was up there for World Cup’s Sweet 16 Bowl Bash in Lincoln City. Have you ever built something to skate?
I set up fun little ‘street-courses’ in my driveway and cul-de-sac with quarter pipes, curbs, old ramps and other junk wood obstacles. In my backyard, we have the Iguana Bowl, which Aura and Jim Bell built, but I got to help in the design phase and re-mod phases! Who do you like to skate with?
My Japanese friend, Sky Braun, is in town and we are having fun skating with her. My favorite skate mate is Brighton Zeuner. I also enjoy skating with Sarah Shreds Thompson, Spencer Breaux. Bella Kenworthy and Rockin-Relz. Best skate graphic?

I love the Etnies park snake-run and cradle. I also love my backyard Iguana Bowl, the Gnardo Ramp (Zeuner Ramp), and the Encinitas/Cardiff/Poods Park bowl. The Aura spined mini-ramp is a blast too! Favorite skateboarders?
Steve Caballero, Mike McGill, Julz (Kindstrand) Lynn, Lizzie Armanto. I have to give it up for Tony Hawk because he lets me skate his backyard. Which skate shops do you support?
McGill’s Skateshop Encinitas always has everything in stock and they are so helpful. Also Pink Widow Distribution because they stock and distribute for Silly Girl. Favorite skate photo of all time?

Channel Street or Nude Bowl. Channel is so fun and it’s crazy how much it has developed over the years. Also, the Nude Bowl because it’s insane that it has lasted all these years and it’s still somewhat a perfect pool. Who do you like to skate with?
I like to skate with the Pabich brothers, Nick Rivera, Julian Torres, Brian Garcia, and my homie Reggie. Best thing you’ve skated in a skatepark?
The Combi. I just love that place because you can do so many tricks and lines in that bowl. Favorite skateboarders?

My friends and I made a quarterpipe behind a school and to build it we carried cement bags on our skateboards about one mile! Who do you like to skate with the most these days? My skate buddies in Norway are Jens Ugland, Daniel Pedersen, Petter Brunvatne, William Svendsen, Simen Haegeland, Ask Filling and Thomas Thorkildsen.  When I’m in L.A., I skate with Trevor Smith, Ricco and Rocco Lauro, Dillan and Nico Teran, Jacob, Dillan Malikyar and Reckonball. I like to skate with my friends, L.K. crew, my dad and his old friends. Best thing you’ve skated in a skatepark? The big whale dune in Saint Juan de Luz in France built by Zut Skateparks, my dad’s company. Favorite skateboarders of all time?
