❝ The first quinque was created by Adam Gehner and Yoshiu Washuu when they learned that they could use a ghoul’s harvested predatory organ against them. A life-changing, no, a life-saving discovery in my opinion. ❞ There’s a pause as she shuffles through diagrams of designs she’s been working on. Words scribbled here and there along the edge of the paper, sketches of possible weapons she’ll put into experimentation ( if she gets the approval of course, sometimes her ideas are deemed a bit too much ). Course she has a habit of never quite finishing a layout before she has an idea for another ( so many projects on hold - maybe she could go back to earlier designs and fix them up ). ❝ When in use, a quinque will release electrical signals to emulate how a kakuhou would release a ghoul’s kagune. I always thought quinque swords to be interesting, old school in a way, scythes also have an element of drama to them, I’ve always had admiration for those who can use them and make them seem weightless. ❞
