Good evening, citizens of Strobe! During this time of the year, when the night descends upon us, darkness envelops our sunny little town and demons will come out of their hiding and lurk every corner and cranny of this place. At least that’s what the elders have passed down to us. Yes, you guessed right, Halloween is coming, are you ready for a little haunting?

As usual, the event will be held at STARGAZER, a costume competition is going to be held and the winner will be given a voucher worth of ¥8.000 that can be spent on any shops in Strobe City as well as a ticket for a one night stay at Strobe’s hot spring inn at their best room. Local band and citizens will also be performing on a special stage prepared for this event, so make sure to drop by and give your support to your loved ones! Or are you the ones performing? There will also be a firework show, which you won’t want to miss for anything. Other than that, we will also be holding the annual lantern festival, this will take place in the last day of event. Take a lantern and light it up on the last dat of the event and hopefully your prayers and hopes will reach to the sky. It is believed that it is especially good to ward off bad luck, finding love and sending your message to the deceased.  The event will last until the end of October.
