Still on a Rocky Mountain High. I had an amazing weekend with @girltrek in the Rocky Mountains away from phones, city traffic and kids. I united with my Self, my soon-to-be wife and peace. Thank you for the opportunity to grow, share, and learn wellness practices @vanessatreks and @morgantreks. The work that you’ve done and are doing to heal sisters all over our country is revolutionary and inspiring. I’m personally touched beyond measure at the opportunity to be apart of the #GirlTrek family. Thank you for letting me learn how to be a supportive black man in everyday life with the wonderful women that came on this trip as well as with @lovelife_lauren.
