Down to 137 even this morning, with a little flicker of 136.8 before it settled. I'm at a point in my weight loss (finally!) where every new number down is a "I haven't seen this number since 2010!" number. It's pretty exciting. I slayed my workouts this week. I had a blissful, pain-free 3 mile run with an 8 minute mile average, managed a rest day and two more 2 mile runs, plus today will be the last workout of week 5 of Strong Curves. I'm still loving the program, and finally getting into weighted stuff means butt DOMS, which I know aren't necessary for muscle growth but finally make me feel like I'm doing something back there. I'm two weeks out from my May 5k. I ran 7 miles this week, but I'm thinking maybe next week I'll do two 3 mile runs and a 2 mile run, and then the week of the 5k, just a 3 and a 2. The bigger issue will be getting all the Strong Curves workouts in during the workweek, as I can 100% feel how tired my muscles are the day after lifting, when I run.
