It was only a matter of time, really. One couldn't expect to put two scatterbrained people together and have them spend a whole day without short attention spans getting them separated at one point or another. Min had only wandered away for a moment, but by the time she'd turned back, Jaeho was gone, likely on a similar adventure in the opposite direction. At least it wasn't the end of the world that she'd suddenly lost her friend, as he'd likely turn up sooner or later, so she wasn't overly fussed and after a brief search simply went on her own way. Out of courtesy, though, she did make sure her phone was on and the volume was on maximum so she would hear were he to grow frustrated searching and call her. In the meantime, she'd just have a little walk around and maybe buy herself another snack. She'd already sampled most every treat the festival had to offer, but she was sure she'd find something that had yet to be shoved into her face.
"Huh," she hummed thoughtfully to herself as she stepped up to a food stall to buy some popcorn, only to realize she had come to stand beside a familiar figure. Given a rather dramatic height difference between them, she comically leaned away until she was nearly bent over backwards in order to look up at the man's face, a pleased grin crossing her own as she greeted with a questionably pleasant tone to her voice, "Professor Wu, fancy meeting you here." Dropping her gaze a bit, she took note of the fact the man was drenched, clothes sticking to his skin. Tutting, she added with an exaggerated woefulness, "And you're all wet. Did you already finish volunteering for the dunk tank? I was hoping to get in on that action. Oh well, maybe next year..."
Snickering softly, she finished paying for her snack and, without waiting for the man to respond or protest her following actions, looped her arm through his and started to pull him away. He was coming with her now, whether he liked it or not. "So, you're here alone? No dates or anything like that?" The opposite hand, holding her bag of popcorn, held it out to the older man to offer him some before she lifted her gaze again to smile up at him cheekily. "Mind keeping me company until my date shows his face again, then?" Granted, Jaeho wasn't her date and she hadn't at any point considered their outing together anything along those lines, but she was mainly dropping a few buzzwords to try and pique her professor's interest, for the sake of her own amusement.
