Blackgate Prison, the deepest parts of hell hold the worst demons, this place was no exception. He knew that many of the inmates were put there by his hand. Many blamed him, though they all consciously decided to break the law, it wasn't by way of the bat they were incarcerated it was by their own twisted moralities. No morality more twisted than that of once Psychologist Harleene Quinzel.
The Bat normally didn't make 'house calls' but this was different. This woman wasn't born into her insanity, simply molded into it by a homicidal madman. Bruce believed everyone could make a return, and he was going to try and prove it with Harley Quinn whom after not responding to Blackgates "Questionable" forms of therapy, that were hidden from Batmans knowledge...something further to investigate upon a later date. Perhaps he could get through to her, someone who had a history with her.
His boots made loud audible clomps against the damp concrete floor. The guards walking with him, almost as if trying to examine his mask and get a view of the man beneath it. One smarmy guard spoke to him as if full of fear and anxiety. "I'm around her almost daily, I doubt she will ever recover, i've tried! Remember shes nuts! you can't trust anything she says" he whimpered, the tone of voice the man used sounded like he was pre-determined to cover up something he did that he feared would be revealed to the Dark Knight. The beads of sweat rolling down his cheek only furthered The Dark Knights suspicions.
The caped crusaders voice modulator kicked on as he spoke. "for now, but you also don't have the resources I do, though I’m sure your efforts were only in her best interests." he retorted to the frightened man "y...yeah, listen let me go in with you." He begged the bat but this is something he had to do by himself, they approached the door to her private cell wing. "No, you stay outside this room, I can handle her." he responded confidently before entering her quarters,
his cape flowing behind him as he stood in the doorway. Her central cage glistenign in the sunlight. "Doctor Quinzel." he spoke in his modulated voice, the low timber echoing off the concrete walls.
