Status Post #1061: This scene is from the Ben 10: The Original Series episode "Game Over" in which during the episode, Ben and Gwen are in the Sumo Slammers video game (think Naruto but with elements of sumo wrestling) with the video game's protagonist Ishiyama as Gwen gets soaked in water after correctly solving a riddle, which results her gaining a sumo form.
