So @verilidaine’s fic really inspired me to do something so I drew a bit of an excerpt, or how i kind of saw this scene playing out overall.
Excerpt:
Sideswipe transformed up just outside of the clearing, peering through the branches to get a better look around. It looked empty, but he knew that didn’t mean anything. Not when cassetticons and invisible spies came into play.
There was a pop from behind, just a moment before arms wrapped around his waist and lifted him.
“Caught you!”
“Skywarp!” Sideswipe laughed. He turned around as soon as his pedes were on the ground, jumping up into Skywarp’s arms. Skywarp caught him around the waist, holding him off the ground high enough to kiss as he walked them both into the clearing. “I wasn’t sure you’d make it.”
Skywarp set him back down and shrugged one shoulder. “Kinda just popped away, ‘s easy.”
