Her attention had been directed towards that of the x eggs that had been swarming around. Twisting her trident around in front of her to prevent the attack from making contact she had left herself open to attack from behind and she knew it, but there where just so many of them. Where on earth had Eru gotten to? She was only supposed to fetch Amu while she held them off but she was taking so long. Had she have been able to harm the eggs then she would have had this over and done with in seconds but that was no longer something that she wanted to do. Not any more.
