Here's a translation of the Uesugi story in SW3 Empires! (Spoiler: Kanetsugu isn't very important in this story.)
With this, I've translated all the story modes in this game, a project that has taken me more than two years. All the translations can be found in the SW3E tag on my journal.

The Shimazu brothers are the main characters in this story naturally, but Ginchiyo and Muneshige appear quite a bit in the later parts. Generic!Toyohisa also gets an event.

隆景問答 隆景「やれやれ、どっこいしょ…と。ほい。どなたか、これを持ってきてくださいませんか？」 蘭丸「木の上に腰掛け、頭の上に葉っぱを乗せられて、「これ」を持ってきてほしい…？あ、なるほど！承知いたしました」 蘭丸「お茶でございます。どうぞ」 隆景「木の字の上に人、その上にくさかんむりで「茶」。よくおわかりになられましたな。よく気がつかれるお方だ」 Takakage's Riddle Takakage: Oh my. Phew… Hey, can someone bring this to me? Ranmaru: Sitting on top of a tree with leaves on your head, and you want me to bring you 'this'...? Ah, I see! I understand now. Ranmaru: It's tea. Here you go. Takakage: A person (人) above the character for tree (木) with a crown of leaves on top (艹) is tea (茶). Well done on picking up on it. You're a perceptive person.
同類 誾千代「三成、貴様は度し難し奴だな。自分の正義のみを信じ、決して世に迎合せず、ひたすら諦めることなく自分の道を進もうとする」 三成「貴様とて同じだ。すべての利益不利益を度外視し、自分の美学にそって、胸を張って歩み続ける、たとえ行き先が地獄でも」 誾千代「つまり、貴様と立花とは憐れむべき同類だということか」 三成「そんなどうしようもない者どもが、正義を通し、損をせずに生きられる世を創りたいものだな」 The Same Type Ginchiyo: MItsunari, you're an impossible man. You believe only in your own sense of justice, you never change your views to suit the world, and you're hell-bent on following your own path without giving up. Mitsunari: You're the same. You don't care whether something is profitable or not, you move forward proudly according to your own aesthetics, even if your destination is hell. Ginchiyo: In other words, you and I are the same pitiable type. Mitsunari: And this hopeless type are the ones who want to create a world where they can live a life of justice without being at an disadvantage.
I've posted this previously but the translation is now complete with all the events that were previously missing! Also did some minor formatting changes and tweaked the wording in some parts.
Some of the newly added events are pretty interesting! In particular the one about Shikanosuke's death and the second Okuni event (which is also rather wtf).

Mitsunari: Wh-What are you doing?! Don't simply touch other people's hair! Motochika: With this, it's done. Here, look in the mirror. It's quite a change, don't you think? Mitsunari: Is this... me? It's a delicate hair style and yet it's matched with such a bold colour. It's a dramatic look... Is that what you thought I was going to say?!
