Ingredients: 1 cup oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, melted.
Instructions: Put oats in a food processor and pulse them until they become fine flour. Maple syrup, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt should all be put into the food processor. Mix and pulse until the mixture looks like dough. Make a flat layer of dough in a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread the melted chocolate out evenly over the dough. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. Cut into bars and enjoy once it's set!
