Facebook’s latest update doesn’t just come with a new coat of paint, it’s further invades your privacy with a new feature.
If you or anyone you know uses Facebook or Facebook’s app on their phone or tablet, they’re going to want to go into their settings and disable Facebook’s new Off-Facebook Activity feature. They’ll also want to clear the Off-Facebook Activity’s history log.
It can track what you’re doing in other apps and access your call log, texts, and emails. Thankfully the only thing present in my O-FA history was a few Youtube videos.
The stated purposed of this latest invasion of privacy is to further custom-tailor ads for you.
