Blood of my brother has GOT to be my most favorite fanfic ever, the dynamic between Hector and Varian was captured perfectly, how Hector still messes up and tries to understand his brother(Quirin) son, and protects him as Quirin is gone.
Blood of the Covenant is part 2 of Blood of my Brother, Where Quirin and Hector fights, where Quirin wants Varian to be safe but ended up following the brotherhood oath/path because of Hector. Even if Quirin doesn't agree, seeing his son so hurt but yet came out strong and resilient thanks to Hector, atleast his now sure his son would be atleast strong,
Honestly the scene where they had to be locked up again because of the mind trap on the brotherhoods made me SOB bro
Like Varian was so traumatized that he didn't want to return to the point Quirin had to carry him all the way to their cell because Varian was so close to having a panic attack.
Those 2 fanfics will make you HATE king Fredric I swear, like oh my gosh varian you suffered so bad 💔 but then again Eugene was supposed to be executed because he stole a crown in og tangled story 😭🙏
So if it wasn't Disney friendly that would have probably happened 💔
For the silent opera, WARNING this fics has mentions of Sexual assault and Forced marriage between varian and some older character
Whereas when you reach an age you'd have to hear your soulmates song and YES it's VARIGO (Varian x Hugo)

Made a Pokemon Arceus AU for Tangled. (even tho its in Alola and Celebi is the time traveler LOL) If people are interested I can give some story.
Next up is Hector! He is the leader of the "Zoroark clan", and took Varian & Ruddiger in when they arrived in Ancient Alola. A fight with "a human Alpha" left Hector with massive injuries to his hands, and Varian made him some claws to fight with. Lately Varian has been asking him to allow more contact with humans, to Hectors dismay. Still, he can't say no to any of the little ones he protects. It's a character flaw he knows about, but can't help having. He prefers to wear trophies of his strongest foes, even if they are only illusions.
