First page of a short comic I actually working on. The day Sadie met with Caradoc.
Bleergh number one reason why I hate sketching on paper: It takes ages to ink it digitally and drives me crazy, so sorry for the rushed coloring. On paper the story is almost done, only one more page missing.
Later I will submit more pages, so stay tuned.
Quick comic I struggled yesterday and finished today. Already planned to do something between Caradoc and Fifty and this idea came up in my mind. Plus this was a good chance to reveal a few more information about the shy knight.
Fifty, like any other child is curious to see other pokemons like Caradoc, yet the bisharp reacts deffensively again. He tries to take control over his inner agression when the boy gets closer, poking his scars and notices the bandage on the bisharp's chest. Out of curiosity he reveal his greatest fear. The horribly wounded place where his blades were ripped out, leaving only a few broken splinter as a remembrance. His agression fades and shame takes place instead.
Holy cow, this was harder than I thought... especially the brutal scar on his stomach, honestly I though I going to break the wall XD
It was great to draw Sepia-zorua's character as a guest, I enjoyed sketching Fifty hehe ^^
Sadie: *waves arm* I have a question! what were your parents like, did you have any brothers and sisters? ....you do remember remember your parents right? You've never said anything about them before..
If I had any parents or siblings, then probably they were killed a long time ago. Since I know my mind I was with the clan. They raised me and the other younglings they possibly dragged away from destroyed villages. I’m not sure about the details.
Our leader, Arog was a kind of mentor than a father type. He was strict and sometimes cruel in his methods.(plus he was always in his mega form to command respect from us) He trained me from my younger age to fight and gain a berserker ability called ‘Red Fog’. Let me note I’m not proud of that ability at all. It’s too dangerous and hard to control…
Anyway! About family, well… uh in some way me and the other members formed a kind of family if I can say so. It was nice, we did a lot of things together, you know, male stuff for fun. I even enjoyed the hunt for a while, but now, thinking back at these past years, I kinda regret them.
And beside, I think I found a new family I like and grateful to have *smiles kindly at Sadie*
