A chef in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec is tantalizing taste buds with her culinary creations that boast a range of distinctive Zapotec flavors.

Like her paintings Frida kahlo had also sought to express herself through her carefully crafted clothing and mix-match style acessorising. Her refined style during the last 10 years of her life proves that she had put effort in creating her unique style and identify throughout her life. Her style was mainly influenced by communism, her marriage to Diego, her brief stay in USA, her being a mestiza and finally her love for traditional Mexican culture.
