TEMPO LIFE! So as usual, I was thinking about this session for the preceeding 2 days. And it went better than expected! πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ . . Session details: 2 mile warm up ( in 15:38) 30 mins @ 7:25-7:30/mile Cool down to 9 miles. Reached 9.8km by the end of my 30 mins stint (6.6km in the tempo time) then just under 3 mile cool down. . . Ps: I like that my coach @run4prs is incorporating twice weekly speedwork for me as I feel that works much more for me than endless mileage. I am Nigerian after all! π³π¬ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈπ³π¬ . . Then I tacked on some upper body and back strength work (deadlifts, pull ups and chest presses and flys). ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ Now to run errands super quick and plan some mini- escapes.
