Seagull was in Gotham, in the nicer part of town, because there were generally the safer rooftops for a vigilante to hole out in. She had a bullet wound in her neck but thankfully she’s an android and that only meant some parts getting messed up.

Intro Post!

Okay so Seagull is the guardian vigilante of the town of Haven within Blüdhaven. Nightwing will take her on larger patrols throughout the city, and now that’s she’s more expirenced she patrols on her own and even covers for Nightwing on occasion. She’s become friends with most of the bat family through him. She’s also friends with the Titans through Nightwing, and has been trained by some of them.

- no nfsw (light references is fine - she’s mentally 16 she will make a deez nuts joke) I’m a minor and also ace so I’m not into it and it’s inappropriate

- ask me about ships (but if you want your character to have a crush on a robot go for it [as long as it’s age appropriate, mentally/civilian-wise she’s 16])

Basic character info

Backstory

For the full backstory please read: this fanfic (with a grain of salt I need to revamp some things) it takes you up to her first fight so far, soon it’ll get to her introduction to the Titans

TLDR:

- she’s an android that was built for civilian aid durning the Blitz (and reused a bunch before turned off in the 90's)

- was shipped to Blüdhaven to be used as a weapon by Blockbuster

- was rescued from the truck by Wally, and then given a civilian identity by Tim through programming that lets her appearance change

- Dick brought her to Haven where she made friends with Elliot and decided she wanted to protect Haven

- convinced Tim to make her a second appearance as a backup identity, and put together her Hero costume using the clothes donation bins

- Nightwing saw her go and fight for Haven and decided it was better to train her then have her fight recklessly

Appearance

The only notable thing about her hero costume is her pants have a ton of pockets for her gadgets and stuff, and her white hoodie has a Seagull on the back, holding a French fry in its beak and the text “I choose violence”

Abilities

As an android she

is immune to mind control/mind altering powers/gases - expect those which target a soul she has one of those now

has files that give her kinda perfect memory (her files can be corrupted and damaged, wiping out a lot so it’s a strength and weakness)

has a medical system that allows her to notice injuries/weakpoints

a little bit of extra electricity makes her faster and stronger, but too much causes her to shortcuit

she has very minor control over electricty
