might fucking crash out over the 'customer care' rep from our complex claiming they were prompt fixing all our problems.

-12 days total with no working fridge. I can't just eat whatever so this fucked me up, literally.

-two separate maintenance visits over the dishwasher. It still leaks

-told of roaches on the first monday and waited two fucking weeks to get pest control in. Took a formal request and an e-mail combo to get that.

-reported a damaged window as soon as we discovered it. Maintenance still hasn't been out.

and all the other shit they fixed 'promptly' should not have needed fixing since they claimed the place was inspected before we moved in!!

They claimed they were PROMPT!!! Handled things in a timely manner!!! it took over 24 hours and a follow-up email to even get them to acknowledge our move-out notice!!

They apologized for us feeling it wasn't satisfactory!!!
