I'm wondering who else does too now, Galaxy said everyone goes back to being vigilantes again after this except Tim and Dick they need more time to go back in the field, so one of my guesses is him too, and maybe Cass because she also mentioned Tim and Cass probably have the same ranks on most emotional orders and they were both very high on mercy rescue rankings so my ultimate guess are Dick and Cass
Next ones are probably Duke and Kon, duke because on things being implanted in his head and also Tim shocking him with electricity to damage the chip, Kon because he hit his head a few times in Performer(he fell down and cracked his head open in the shower:((() also he was the first Kryptonian on the drug and it fucked with him, the bleeding I remember he had

yeah i mean all of them from the seizures alone would probably experience some level of brain damage. Given how often they get hit they might have some already from vigilante work, so they'd know how to manage + treat it. Duke and Kon both have healing factors, though, so they're better off than most. I'd say, before he got rescued and revived, Damian and Steph were probably neck and neck for "going to see the most pronounced symptoms" now it's maybe Steph and Dick/Tim
but yeah brain death is a separate thing entirely
