If I were a Business Owner and Employer paying my Employees, I would give them Higher Wages and Free PPO Health Insurance Plans instead of the 401(k) and IRA Retirement Pensions, because my employees may not live long enough beyond Ages 40 and 50 (many people have died from heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, diabetes, and stroke before reaching age 60) and may not get to receive their 401(k) and IRA Retirement Pensions, while also dying because they do not have enough money for their Healthcare. We must focus on the Here and Now, as higher wages can help employees buy Homes and pay down their mortgages in 15 years for an Early Retirement of $1,000+ Savings from not paying for a mortgage or a Lazy Rich Landlord and Landlady. So many people are homeless and poor because they overspent their money on their Retirement Funds while having to pay for Endlessly High Rents for Lazy Rich Landlords and Landladies who are in an Unholy Alliance with CNBC and Suze Orman's 401(k)s and Roth IRA Funding Propagandas. Save Money for Emergencies. Now Landlords and Landladies are planning on getting the United States Government to Require Bosses to force employees to pay for Retirement the employees may not get to live.
