Alright but think on this: a due South White Christmas au. Fraser and Ray Vecchio (the real Ray Vecchio) are still cop buddies but they take a vaycay down to Florida to look at bowling allies, and that's when they run into Ray K and Stella. Why? It doesn't need to be explored at this juncture. Anyway they all take a train up to the NWT, and help Buck Frobisher get his failing ski lodge back on its feet. Idk I just need more due South.

I don't get relationships

At least the beginning half. I don't get the 'honeymoon' phase.

Personally, I think it's so dumb. Like, you text/talk to this person constantly, go out of your way for them, do nice things for them, put them before yourself, but, for what? Just so they like you? It should be relevant that if you're going out that there are feelings there. Are these feelings so exhilarating that you feel like you must do these things? But what about the month or so after? Why don't we still continue these things. I'm not saying that I hate being affectionate and stuff, I fucking adore people doing nice things actually, but the real test for me is to see how long it's going to last. For me, it shouldn't just be a month. You should do nice things for your partner all the time. Just because you have them, doesn't mean you have to stop. Just because you get 'comfortable' doesn't mean those little things don't matter. To me they matter. The first month is the primary test. you impress me, you win, obviously, but it doesn't mean anything if you don't keep it up. I get my standards based on what you do, and if you don't meet up to where you used to be before, I'm going to notice. 

I'd rather we skip all the bs honeymoon stage, and just get straight to the 'comfortable' stage, doing a nice thing every now and then, that way, I'm comfortable and I don't feel like there's less effort put. I want people to do nice things because they want to, because they took a minute or two to think about me, but not constantly. I like surprises. I like simple things, and unless it's an extravagant event or we've been together for a long period of time, extravagancy is not necessary.
