My first headworld info post!

I have no idea how to do this, but….

Meet Morgan. (Art done by @cadmiumtea)

Albino goth punk doe, currently with the Techno-bard caravan as their head rigger, where she puts her structural engineering skills to use in combination with her illusion magic to speed up the construction of their “pop up concert” stage. Personality wise, simplest way to describe her is a cross between Wednesday Addams and Hobie (Spiderpunk). Pretty accurate, too.

Plenty of her time was spent in holding cells after protest arrests, much to the distain of her wealthy highly religious family. (Had to flee the planet after a major scandal broke and she was disowned. (That’s how she got picked up by the bards, homeless on a large space station))

I’ve had her for a while, and she was an interesting character to write about, but seemed to really just settle into her new role and focus on the quiet life.

Enter Bianca

If any of you are familiar with my spouse (@cadmiumtea) and follow his art, you likely know about a regular character who is a trans lioness, generally the subject of lewdity in his art.

Fewer people know about the fact Bianca is actually a secret agent, basically. (Working for the good guys, but still.)

Currently, the technobard camp has set up on the Revenant, a city ship that serves as the home base for Bianca’s boss, and Morgan is… a nosey shit-starter with some significant capabilities that caught the attention of the Revenant’s security, and… Someone needed to interview Morgan. That someone was Bianca.

And the interaction between this bubbly friendly derp of a secret agent (who’s personality is best described as “female himbo” (NOT “bimbo”, think Adora from ND Stevenson’s She-Ra. Friendly girl-jock))…

Tense, and aggressive and…

OH MY FUCKING WORD THE CHEMISTRY.

We’re obsessed, and this pairing was completely unexpected, and the chemistry was just… INSTANT. Even if Morgan really doesn’t like Bianca right now (to be fair, Bianca did arrest her, and Morgan is an ACAB punk), they are definitely going to get together…

We’ve both blorbo’d an unexpected ship of our own characters and can’t get this out of our head.

I like feeling this strongly connected to and invested in a character again…

Words cannot express how much I adore this sketch of Michael and Julien from the GTI universe.

I like to think that they go to a butterfly garden/sanctuary outside of the city limits on a slow weekday and they just bask in the serenity that nature provides. They find a secluded bench like in this sketch and Michael pulls Julien into his lap and they start kissing each other softly. Michael and Julien may not want to show too much PDA but the privacy that the butterfly bushes provide makes them much more comfortable for physical affection.

Butterflies are a symbol for renaissance: literally 'rebirth' in French and transformation. New beginnings. And what has transpired thus far in GTI makes the sketch all the more appropriate.

You can just tell how much these two love one another. They're surrounded by beauty. A blue butterfly hovers just above them- blue conveying so much personal meaning between the two men. They both have blue eyes, have blue tops on, and are surrounded by blue-purple flowers. The color theory is strong here.

This is so beautiful and homoerotic. Thank you for showcasing a ship that not only you cheer and support, but others do as well. You're utterly talented with writing and drawing. ☺️
