Close-up 1: Striking pink spines! With so many vibrant pink books this year, like All About Mia, Mean Girls, and Turn It Up (pubbing 1-2-18!) - we knew our tree would be rockin’ some rosy shades.
Close-up 2: Books new and classic! Here’s a look at a few more of our favorite books from this year, A Very, Very Bad Thing and Sparrow, along with a better look at Don’t Cosplay with My Heart, which is pubbing on 1-2-18! Plus, check out that strong base featuring books by Kasie West, Maggie Stiefvater, and J.K. Rowling.
Close-up 3: The odds are ever in favor of this side of the tree! It features two tales of teens competing, The Hunger Games and No Good Deed.
Close-up 4: Side A of our sturdy base! This zoomed it pic shows two titles by Alyssa Sheinmel (R.I.P. Eliza Hart and Faceless), alternating with two stories of magical adventures, Harry Potter and the Prison of Azkaban and Shadowhouse Fall!
Close-up 5: Side B of our sturdy base! Featuring the striking black spines of The Wrong Train, Ink (coming 1-2-18!), and Umberland!
Close-up 6: Wondering what title is topping our tree? It’s Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! (Also, hi All the Crooked Saints! We see you peeking out on both sides of the tree!)

THE WRONG TRAIN—Read the Excerpt
Imagine you've just managed to catch your train and you realize it's the wrong one. You'd be annoyed of course, but not scared . . . Yet.
Imagine you get off the wrong train at the next station hoping to catch one back the way you came. But the station is empty. Again, you'd be annoyed, but not scared . . . Yet.
Imagine someone comes to the station, a stranger who starts to tell you stories to help pass the time. But these aren't any old stories they're nightmares that come with a price to pay. And you want them to stop.
Light the candles and shut the door, The Wrong Train is a deliciously creepy and scarily good collection of scary stories, complete with terrifying illustrations from Dave Shelton. Perfect for fans of Patrick Ness, R.L. Stine, and Emily Carroll.

Scared yet? You will be. 🚊
The wrong train by Jeremy de Quidt is a really gripping, heart racing thriller borderline horror.
The creative storyline of shorter stories Incorporated into one big one makes the whole book more eerie as the little bits that you think are irrelevant suddenly have a meaning.
A very cleverly written book and I recommend to anyone who likes to get their heart racing...but choose wisely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
