I think Benny is starting to miss Gracie. Saturday will mark 2 weeks since she ran away. Benny has become extremely clingy and hasn't been grooming much, up until I used waterless wash on him yesterday. I'm sure he fears he's going to get tossed out, which, of course, in a million years would never happen! Poor kiddo has a lot of insecurity from terrible past events that he may never get over. I try and get him to understand that Gracie knew better than to door dash. She had gotten in trouble a thousand times for it and did it a thousand and one anyway because she never listened! She seems to have found a new place to stay, instead of hanging around her home to be let back in. It's really sad to think, but in the end you don't own a cat, they choose their own life.
