Indulge in a sophisticated wine and food pairing experience with Gippsland Wine Company - The Dieline - wine. This pairing combines the rich flavors of aged cheddar cheese, savory prosciutto, and decadent dark chocolate with the elegant notes of the wine, creating a delightful culinary journey for your palate.

Ingredients: 1 bottle of Gippsland Wine Company - The Dieline - wine. 200g aged cheddar cheese. 200g prosciutto. 1 baguette, sliced. 150g dark chocolate.

Instructions: Set out slices of baguette on a platter to serve. Place the aged cheddar cheese cubes on the platter so that they are easy to eat. Put slices of baguette around pieces of prosciutto. Dark chocolate squares should be put on the platter. Open the Gippsland Wine Company - The Dieline wine and pour it into glasses. Serve the wine with the different kinds of cheese, baguette, prosciutto, and dark chocolate.
